Under the slogan "2010 Community" and on the day where the Legislature will decide the date of local elections, several neighborhood organizations gathered outside the headquarters of Buenos Aires and the legislative palace.

A group of neighborhood organizations called for a mobilization against the Head of Government. shall Tuesday, at 15, and claim "for the full functioning of the communes in the bicentennial year." The NGO's joined forces in the Commons and called Intercommunal Area. From Head of Government will march to the Legislature, where lawmakers session to determine the date of the election community, through the City Council.
Some of those who adhere to the protest are: plural of the Commune Council 1, Council 3 communal commune, commune Commune Council 4, Council District 5 communal, commune Commune Council 6, Communal Council 7 commune, commune Commune Council 8, commune Commune Council 13, the commune Commune Council 14, the commune Commune Council 15, Club of Urbanism and Environment, Communard Movement, the Popular Assembly of Pompeii, Culpina Cooperative, among others.
