Marcela Armas. Durango, Mexico, 1976.
lives and works in Mexico City. 's artwork Marcela Armas is related to urban situations, actions, sound, site specific projects, video and documents. His work has been directed to investigate the ability of different materials and technologies to produce poetry of social reflection, review and notes the transformation of the urban experience and the shaping of social space, from the use of technologies that dominate the city landscape and energy uses in different circumstances.
Graduate School of Fine Arts at the University of Guanajuato and the Faculty of Fine Arts in Valencia, Marcela Armas has also received support from the National Fund for Culture and Arts Program Support New Media Research Multimedia Center in 2006 and currently CENART Program-Arts-Current MACG Bancomer 2009. Led in cooperation with LIFE workshops Gilberto Esparza 10, Fundación Telefónica in Buenos Aires, Lima, Santiago de Chile and Mexico City.
has exhibited his work individually and collectively in Mexico, Spain, Canada, United States, Brazil, Colombia and Italy.

She directed with Gilberto Esparza, experimental electronics workshops Fundación Telefónica (VIDA 10) in Perú, Argentina, Chile and Mexico.
Her work has been exhibited in Mexico, United States, Colombia, Spain, Brasil, Canada and Italy.
